atardamar ve toplardamar yuma\u011f\u0131), karotis arter darl\u0131klar\u0131 gibi damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n tan\u0131s\u0131.<br><strong>Travma:<\/strong> Y\u00fcz kemikleri k\u0131r\u0131klar\u0131, beyin kanamalar\u0131 ve yumu\u015fak doku yaralanmalar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi.<br><strong>Giri\u015fimsel N\u00f6roradyoloji (Endovask\u00fcler N\u00f6ro\u015fir\u00fcrji):<\/strong><br><strong>Serebral Anevrizma Tedavisi:<\/strong> Beyin damarlar\u0131ndaki balonla\u015fmalar\u0131n (anevrizma) y\u0131rt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek veya kanama sonras\u0131 tedavi etmek i\u00e7in anevrizma i\u00e7ine koil (sarmal) yerle\u015ftirme gibi endovask\u00fcler i\u015flemler.<br><strong>Akut \u0130nme Tedavisi (Mekanik Trombektomi):<\/strong> Beyin damarlar\u0131n\u0131 t\u0131kayan p\u0131ht\u0131lar\u0131n kateter yard\u0131m\u0131yla \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131.<br><strong>Arteriyoven\u00f6z Malformasyon (AVM) ve Fist\u00fcl Embolizasyonu:<\/strong> Beyin veya omurilikteki anormal damar yuma\u011f\u0131 ve fist\u00fcllerin kanamas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek veya cerrahi \u00f6ncesi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcltmek i\u00e7in besleyici damarlar\u0131n\u0131n t\u0131kanmas\u0131 (embolizasyon).<br><strong>T\u00fcm\u00f6r Embolizasyonu:<\/strong> Beyin ve ba\u015f-boyun t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinin cerrahi \u00f6ncesi kanlanmas\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131.<br><strong>Tan\u0131sal Serebral Anjiyografi:<\/strong> Beyin damarlar\u0131n\u0131n detayl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclenmesi.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-safirtema-sorucevap safir-faq\"><div class=\"question\"><div class=\"safiricon icon\"><svg class=\"safiricon-soru\"><use href=\"#safiricon-soru\"><\/use><\/svg><\/div><span class=\"text\">Neden N\u00f6roradyoloji Bilim Dal\u0131 \u00d6nemlidir?<\/span><div class=\"openclose plus\"><\/div><\/div><p class=\"answer\">Bu uzmanl\u0131k alan\u0131, sinir sisteminin karma\u015f\u0131k ve hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yan yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda ve hastal\u0131klar\u0131n do\u011fru y\u00f6netilmesinde vazge\u00e7ilmez bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc g\u00f6revi g\u00f6r\u00fcr:<br><strong>H\u0131zl\u0131 ve Do\u011fru Tan\u0131:<\/strong> \u00d6zellikle inme gibi acil durumlarda, beyin hasar\u0131n\u0131n tipini ve yay\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zla belirleyerek hayat kurtar\u0131c\u0131 tedavilerin zaman\u0131nda uygulanmas\u0131na olanak tan\u0131r.<br><strong>Tedavi Planlamas\u0131na Rehberlik:<\/strong> N\u00f6ro\u015fir\u00fcrjiyenlerin t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri veya damar anomalilerini ameliyat etmeden \u00f6nce detayl\u0131 bir yol haritas\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karmas\u0131na, n\u00f6rologlar\u0131n dejeneratif hastal\u0131klar\u0131n ilerleyi\u015fini takip etmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.<br><strong>Minimal \u0130nvaziv Tedavi Se\u00e7enekleri:<\/strong> \u0130ntervansiyonel n\u00f6roradyoloji sayesinde, daha \u00f6nce sadece a\u00e7\u0131k cerrahi ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan bir\u00e7ok beyin ve omurilik damar hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, damar i\u00e7inden minimal invaziv y\u00f6ntemlerle tedavi edilebilir. Bu, hastalar i\u00e7in daha az travma ve daha h\u0131zl\u0131 iyile\u015fme demektir.<br><strong>Hastal\u0131k Aktivitesinin \u0130zlenmesi:<\/strong> Multipl Skleroz gibi kronik hastal\u0131klarda yeni lezyonlar\u0131n veya mevcut lezyonlardaki de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin tespiti, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n aktivitesi ve tedaviye yan\u0131t hakk\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bilgiler sa\u011flar.<br><strong>Teknolojik \u0130lerlemenin Merkezi:<\/strong> MR dif\u00fczyon tens\u00f6r g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme (DTI), fonksiyonel MR (fMRI), MR spektroskopi (MRS) gibi ileri MR teknikleri, beyin fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 ve biyokimyas\u0131n\u0131 daha derinlemesine inceleme f\u0131rsat\u0131 sunar.<br><strong>Radyasyon G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Bilinci:<\/strong> \u00d6zellikle \u00e7ocuk hastalarda ve uzun s\u00fcreli takip gerektiren durumlarda radyasyon maruziyetini minimize etme konusunda hassasiyetle yakla\u015f\u0131r.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-safirtema-sorucevap safir-faq\"><div class=\"question\"><div class=\"safiricon icon\"><svg class=\"safiricon-soru\"><use href=\"#safiricon-soru\"><\/use><\/svg><\/div><span class=\"text\">N\u00f6roradyoloji Uzman\u0131 Kimdir?<\/span><div class=\"openclose plus\"><\/div><\/div><p class=\"answer\">N\u00f6roradyoloji uzman\u0131, t\u0131p fak\u00fcltesini bitirdikten sonra <strong>Radyoloji Anabilim Dal\u0131nda uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> tamamlam\u0131\u015f ve ard\u0131ndan <strong>N\u00f6roradyoloji Bilim Dal\u0131nda<\/strong> ek bir yan dal uzmanl\u0131k e\u011fitimi (genellikle 2 y\u0131l) alm\u0131\u015f hekimdir. Bu kapsaml\u0131 e\u011fitim, kendilerine sinir sistemi ve ba\u015f-boyun anatomisi, fizyolojisi, patolojisi, n\u00f6rog\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme tekniklerinin (MR, BT, DSA) prensipleri, uygulama protokolleri ve elde edilen g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerin \u00e7ok detayl\u0131 yorumlanmas\u0131, n\u00f6roradyolojik sendromlar, tan\u0131sal ve giri\u015fimsel n\u00f6roradyolojik prosed\u00fcrlerin endikasyonlar\u0131 ve kontrendikasyonlar\u0131 konular\u0131nda derinlemesine bilgi ve beceri kazand\u0131r\u0131r. N\u00f6roradyologlar, <strong>Fonksiyonel MR (fMRI)<\/strong> ile beyin aktivitesini, <strong>Dif\u00fczyon Tens\u00f6r G\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme (DTI)<\/strong> ile sinir lifi yollar\u0131n\u0131, <strong>MR Spektroskopi (MRS)<\/strong> ile beyin metabolitlerini, <strong>Perf\u00fczyon BT\/MR<\/strong> ile kan ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ve <strong>BT\/MR Anjiyografi<\/strong> ile damar yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 detayl\u0131 olarak incelerler. Bu ileri teknikler, t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerin do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131, inmenin erken evre bulgular\u0131n\u0131, Multipl Skleroz lezyonlar\u0131n\u0131n aktivitesini ve dejeneratif hastal\u0131klar\u0131n etkilerini \u00e7ok daha hassas bir \u015fekilde belirleyerek, do\u011fru ve erken tan\u0131 konulmas\u0131nda hayati rol oynar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Akut N\u00f6rolojik Acil Durumlarda H\u0131zl\u0131 ve Do\u011fru De\u011ferlendirme<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu hizmetler, \u00f6zellikle <strong>akut inme (fel\u00e7)<\/strong>, beyin kanamalar\u0131 ve kafa travmalar\u0131 gibi <strong>n\u00f6rolojik acil durumlarda zaman\u0131nda ve do\u011fru tan\u0131<\/strong> konulmas\u0131nda kritik \u00f6neme sahiptir. N\u00f6roradyologlar, bu acil vakalarda hastan\u0131n h\u0131zl\u0131 BT \u00e7ekimlerini (ve gerekti\u011finde BT anjiyografi\/perf\u00fczyon BT) de\u011ferlendirerek, iskemik inme ile hemorajik inme ayr\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yapar, p\u0131ht\u0131 yerini ve beyin dokusundaki hasar\u0131n yay\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 belirlerler.
