Bu laboratuvarlar, nakil ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 ve nakil sonras\u0131 reddin \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in hayati \u00f6neme sahip olan <strong>\u0130nsan L\u00f6kosit Antijenleri (HLA)<\/strong> ad\u0131 verilen proteinlerin genetik analizini yaparlar. HLA antijenleri, v\u00fccudumuzun ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sisteminin &#8220;ben&#8221; ve &#8220;yabanc\u0131&#8221; h\u00fccreleri ay\u0131rt etmesini sa\u011flayan kimlik kartlar\u0131 gibidir. Doku tipleme laboratuvarlar\u0131, nakil adaylar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemlerini detayl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde analiz ederek, en uygun e\u015fle\u015fmeyi bulmaya ve b\u00f6ylece nakledilen organ\u0131n veya dokunun reddedilme riskini en aza indirmeye odaklan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-safirtema-mainheading singleHeading\"><div class=\"inner\"><div class=\"icon safiricon\"><svg class=\"safiricon-mouse\"><use href=\"#safiricon-mouse\"><\/use><\/svg><\/div><div class=\"text\">M\u00fcracaat \u015eekli<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poliklini\u011fimizde muayene olmak isteyen hastalar\u0131m\u0131z hastanemiz web sitesinden (<a href=\"http:\/\/hastane.omu.edu.tr\" title=\"\"><strong>http:\/\/hastane.omu.edu.tr<\/strong><\/a>) veya \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 merkezimizden <strong>(0362 312 1955)<\/strong> randevu alarak muayene olabilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-safirtema-mainheading singleHeading\"><div class=\"inner\"><div class=\"icon safiricon\"><svg class=\"safiricon-mouse\"><use href=\"#safiricon-mouse\"><\/use><\/svg><\/div><div class=\"text\">Testler ve \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Zaman\u0131<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lenfosit Cross-Match:<\/strong> Randevulu \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Panel Reaktif Antikor:<\/strong> Senede ortalama 6 kez (2 ayda bir) \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Hasta say\u0131s\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f, acil tipleme gereken hasta, tekrar edilmesi gereken hasta vb. durumlarda 2 veya daha fazla kez \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131labilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HLA-DPB1 T\u0130PLEME:<\/strong> \u00c7ocuk Kemik \u0130li\u011fi al\u0131c\u0131 ve verici aras\u0131nda A,B,C,DQ,DR uyumu ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011finde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.Bu nedenle \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lma zaman\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fkendir. Bu, en do\u011fru e\u015fle\u015fmeyi bulman\u0131n temelidir.<br><strong>\u00c7apraz Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma Testi (Crossmatch Testi):<\/strong> Al\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n kan\u0131nda, vericinin dokusuna kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6nceden olu\u015fmu\u015f antikorlar\u0131n (\u00f6nceden duyarlanma) olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan testler. Pozitif bir crossmatch, naklin reddedilme riskinin y\u00fcksek oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir ve nakli engelleyebilir.<br><strong>Antikor Tarama ve Tan\u0131mlama:<\/strong> Nakil bekleyen hastalar\u0131n kan\u0131nda, ge\u00e7mi\u015f kan transf\u00fczyonlar\u0131, gebelikler veya \u00f6nceki nakiller nedeniyle olu\u015fmu\u015f potansiyel antikorlar\u0131n taranmas\u0131 ve bu antikorlar\u0131n hangi HLA tiplerine kar\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirleme. Bu testler, verici lenfositleri ile al\u0131c\u0131 serumunun reaksiyonunu inceleyerek, olas\u0131 imm\u00fcnolojik reddi \u00f6nceden belirlemeyi sa\u011flar ve y\u00fcksek riskli nakillerin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7erek nakil ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uluslararas\u0131 Veri Tabanlar\u0131 ile Entegrasyon ve Standardizasyon<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doku Tipleme Laboratuvarlar\u0131, uluslararas\u0131 standartlara ve kalite kontrol programlar\u0131na s\u0131k\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131ya ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle k\u00f6k h\u00fccre nakillerinde d\u00fcnya genelindeki verici havuzlar\u0131na eri\u015fim i\u00e7in uluslararas\u0131 kemik ili\u011fi bankalar\u0131 ve a\u011flar\u0131yla (\u00f6rn. WMDA &#8211; World Marrow Donor Association) entegre \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar. Laboratuvar sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, k\u00fcresel olarak tan\u0131nan isimlendirme ve raporlama standartlar\u0131na uygun olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu entegrasyon ve standardizasyon, sadece yerel de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda uluslararas\u0131 d\u00fczeyde uygun vericilerin bulunmas\u0131n\u0131 ve nakil s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesini garanti alt\u0131na al\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nakil Ekipleriyle Multidisipliner \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi ve Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu bilim dal\u0131, nakil merkezlerinin cerrahi ekipleri, nefroloji, hematoloji, imm\u00fcnoloji uzmanlar\u0131 ve nakil koordinat\u00f6rleri ile g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir multidisipliner i\u015fbirli\u011fi gerektirir.
